1. Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 7‑day return policy—you have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase  .

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email us at snapessentials@gmail.com to request a return. We’ll share a return shipping label and instructions. Send the item to our Madhya Pradesh address. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted  .

Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: Yes. Perishable goods (food, plants), personalized/custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned  .

Q: How and when will I get my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it's approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take longer. If 15 business days pass, please email snapessentials@gmail.com  .

Q: EU customers—what applies?
A: EU orders enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period, under the same conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase)  .

A: Cash on Delivery (COD) is our only payment option at this time.

A: Yes! We always offer free shipping, a “Buy 3, Get 15% off” deal, and occasional discounts shown on sale banners  .

A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Bhopal warehouse.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. We’ll send you tracking details to monitor your order.
